Mediation is a recognised, time and cost-efficient process for resolving conflicts. The success of mediation is based on coming to the table with a view to reaching a goal and is proven in the result achieved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Commercial mediation is an umbrella term covering mediation in everyday commercial situations, e.g. between companies and contract partners (like suppliers or customers), between quarrelling shareholders and administrative boards or even internal company conflicts (among employees).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many of these conflicts can be solved faster and more favourably with mediation than with a lengthy legal process.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n
